Tire
How does it work?

We pickup your tires after your tire swap or changeover.  We can work with any car dealership or tire shop. We individually tag and log each of your tires with location on the car, condition, and tread depth.  We guarantee the safety and security of your tires and rims while in our care. Next season, fill out a delivery request form and the process begins again.  The best part is you never have to touch your tires again!

 

How does the tire pickup work?

If you are a first time customer you need to create an account by calling or signing up online.  If the tires are currently in your care we can pick them up at your house or from your trunk. If you left them at a retailer we will pick them up from that location and work with them.  Simply fill out the delivery request form, call, text or email. That’s it!

 

 

How does the tire delivery work?

Fill out the delivery request form. Your tires will be delivered to your tire shop or dealership of choice prior to your appointment.  Then, we work with your retailer or tire shop to pick up the swapped set and put them safely into storage.

 

How much notice do you need to pickup/deliver?

For new customers, sign up and we’ll pickup your tires. Simply let the shop know that Local Tire Storage will pick them up.  Please give us as much notice as possible to schedule picks and deliveries. We will do what we can to meet your last minute requests.  However, tags and picks are printed at 7 AM for the current day. So, please let us know at least a day before.

 

Can you pickup from my house?

Yes! If you have your tires, we can pickup from your home or office.  Just contact us with the best 2-hour window and we can text you when we are on the way.

 

What tire shops or dealerships do you work with?

We can work with any shop within the Omaha Metro Area.  We are just getting started so your shop may not know about us yet.  We will introduce ourselves when we arrive.

Where do you store the tires?

Each tire is individually labeled and stored in our secure facility in SW Omaha.  We guarantee the safety of your tires and are fully insured.

 

What happens if you lose or damage my tires?

If we lose them, we replace them.

If we damage them, we repair or replace them. It’s that simple.

What's the storage length/commitment?

None.  You just pay for the month of service.  If you cancel on October 31st you are are done and will be pro-rated for any prepaid months.  If you Cancel November 1st you will pay for all of November.

You can cancel your account at any time and request delivery of your tires.

Do you store wheels?

Yes! Our pricing includes up to 4 tires with wheels.  If your wheels and rims are separate you will be charged for each set. 

 

What if I don't want my tires anymore?

With your expressed written permission we can recycle or dispose of your tire.  The price for this is $15 per tire.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel at anytime. For seasonal billing, you will be refunded based on the annual pro-rated amounts.
